Item description
Application: High performance precision pressure regulators are used in order to adjust an extremely accurate pressure - regardless of pre-pressure and flow performance. It is used for example for control and regulation units in process engineering, which has the highest pressure stability requirements.
Version: Precision pressure reducer, reversible (with secondary relieving), (model series 2: collective relieving through 3/8"-borehole)
Materials: Body: die-cast zinc Z410, diaphragms and seals: EPDM (model series 2: NBR)
Temperature range: -10°C to max. +60°C (model series 2: -35°C to max. +60°C)
Input pressure: max. 16 bar
Pressure gauge connection: G 1/8" (model series 2: G 1/4")
Switch panel thread: M 12x1 (series 2: M 20x1.5)
Own air consumption: 1.7 to 2 l/min
Control accuracy: ± 2.5 mbar
Media: fine-filtered compressed air (5 µm) & neutral gases, oil-free
Flow: 900 l/min (model series 2: 6500 l/min), relief system: 200 l/min (model series 2: 800 l/min)
ATEX: Operating material without its own potential source of ignition in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU
Advantages: •Automatic venting in case of overpressure on the secondary side (series 2: up to 800 l/min), •High flow rate at constant pressure, •Fine regulation of pressure independent of inlet pressure and flow rate, •Series 2: can be used down to -35 °C!, •Supplied exhaust air (G 3/8") for secondary venting (series 2)
Warning: This device is supplied without a pressure gauge. We recommend ordering a suitable pressure gauge separately.
All data are to be understood as non-binding reference values! We do not assume liability for any data selection not confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise specified, pressure values refer to liquids from Group II at +20°C.
