Function:

Coupled by screwing the plug into the sleeve until you hear a “click”. It is possible to combine coupling plugs and coupling sockets with and without a shut-off valve and made of different materials as desired. The shut-off valve prevents the medium from spilling out when uncoupled. Ideally used for luer connectors in the medical technology field. When coupled, the hose screw connections inside the bayonet connectors can be rotated freely and thus prevent the hose from becoming bent or twisted.

Compressed air, water, alcohol, glycol, mineral oils, petrol, oxygen**, carbon dioxide, mild chemicals

Sterilisation possible with:

Formalin, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol

Operating range:

For general applications. High resistance to mineral oils.

Sterilisation possible with:

Formalin, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ethylene oxide, gamma radiation

Operating range:

Suited for use with many chemicals. Not resistant to mineral oils.

Bulkhead thread:

UNF 7/16"-24 (Ø 11.2 mm), max. bulkhead thickness: 5.3 mm

Note:

Hose cannot be mounted on clamp due to lack of space, only attached to the nozzle instead.
