Function:

Coupled by plugging the plug into the sleeve until you hear a “click”. Pressing the ergonomic plastic release button (for couplings with a tube connection protected against accidental unlocking) releases the plug once again. It is possible to combine coupling plugs and coupling sockets with and without a shut-off valve, and made of different materials as desired. The shut-off valve prevents the medium from spilling out when uncoupled.

For general applications. High resistance to mineral oils.

-0.8 to 7,2 bar (>+27°C observe pressure reductions: +40°C: max. 5,4 bar,+ +50°C: max. 4,3 bar,+ 60°C: max. 3,4 bar,+ +70°C: max 2.0 bar)

Media:

Compressed air, water, many acids and alkaline solutions, alcohol, glycol, MEK, oxygen**, ozone, carbon dioxide, many chemicals

Sterilisation possible with:

Formalin, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ethylene oxide, gamma radiation

Operating range:

Suited for use with many chemicals. Not resistant to mineral oils.

CPC Colder APC, CPC Colder EFC12, LinkTech series 50AC, LinkTech series 50PP

Bulkhead thread:

UNS 11/16"-24 (Ø 17.5 mm), max. bulkhead thickness: 12 mm
