Flat-Face screw couplings with female thread, can be coupled under pressure

Materials:

Zinc plated steel, high-wear resistance components: high-strength induction hardened steel, springs: Stainless steel 1.4310, Seal: NBR

Temperature range:

-25 to +125 °C

Can be coupled with the residual pressure in the plug up to 250 bar (sleeve with residual pressure up to 100 bar)

Advantages:

•No dirt can get in as the coupling can simply be wiped clean on the smooth “flat face” surface,
•Axial forces can be absorbed well due to the coupling's design. Especially suited for use on hydraulic hoses,
•Can be coupled while under pressure
