End caps for safety locking device for quick action chuck, Type DC

Function:

A safety rapid locking mechanism integrated in the hand levers locks the coupling in the coupled state and this is fully automatic. The coupling can only be opened by manually unlocking the safety lever (2-1/2" and 6" with unlocking pins). All quick action chucks(conforming to the MIL-C-27487 standard) can be used as plugs.

Materials:

Body: stainless steel 1.4408, seal: NBR, handle, ring and chain: Stainless steel

Temperature range:

-10 to +80 °C

Advantages:

•coupling is automatically secured in the coupled position,
•safety pins cannot be lost,
•full throughway,
• low pressure loss,
•also suitable for solids as there are no internal valves,
•dimensions worldwide standardised in accordance with MIL-C-27487
